From the moment a young woman walks into the course-room on Saturday morning we can tell that they are nervous, anxious and silent. That same young woman on Sunday at 1pm – the end of our time together – is open, confident and ready to take on the world.
This time in a girl’s life is tumultuous at best, and a rocky road at worst. Their relationship with friends and family can be different from one day to the next. What we offer are 24+ hours of sacred and open space for girls to get to know who they are – both individually, and in relationships.
It is incredible to watch the transformation from Saturday to Sunday as each hour adds to the next and creates building blocks towards clarity, awareness, self-efficacy and confidence.
